First day at Ipodomi:
- Main goal in this course is to learn how to make websites
- There is one teacher who explained to us what we need to do and how we can do it
- We divided into two groups, first group is graphic design class and second group is fine arts class
- Teacher explained that website has to be simple, it doesn’t have to be complicated
- Class of graphic design is doing the theme of the website and fine arts class is doing the content
- First we brainstormed ideas and we came up with the final idea
- Name of the website is: Spray or stay
- Theme is: street art – vandalism or fine art?
- Any person who enters the website can vote whether they think that the art destroyed the building or made it better
- Photo is going to be shown at the center, below the photo will be context and address of the graffiti
- Person can choose: spray over (downvote) or stay (upvote), after person votes, percentage of the votes for yes and no are gonna be shown below the buttons
- There is also going to be map of the graffiti shown in the corner
- First week we are going to gather materials, make logos
Second day:
- Today we started editing pictures we took of graffiti the day before
- We learned new things in photoshop and we also started thinking about website theme
- Teacher showed us „ squarespace” site and themes that were on there
- Tomorrow we will continue working
- I met a cute doggy J <3 I love him
Third day:
- On squarespace, I learned to edit our website
- We explored everything in website, clicked on pages, and started by naming our website
- We made logo and we were ready to put it in website
- Today we also wrote text for images (our opinion and explanation of the graffiti, I mean puns ;))
- Overall, main goal wast to write text and explore square space today
Forth day:

- choosing website theme

Fifth day:
- We made powerpoint presentation today (fine arts class), while graphic designers continued working on website design
- Powerpoint presentation will show and present our idea, our website (how we came up with the idea and why did we choose street art)
- We will present it on Friday and show our website in ceremony
Sixth day:
- Today we focused on audio and video design and editing
- I did a lot of audio design and editing
- Teacher showed us new program called VSDC video editor (in here we can put audio we previously edited and mix it up)
- Audio editing program is called Audacity
- In here we can put our songs and edit them
- I learned how to lower the pitch, put reverb in selected part of the song…
- First, we need to amplify the sound, that way computer speaker is able to play appropriate sound
- Equalizer is used for bass and treble monitoring
- Frequency:
- 20 – 400 – bass
- 400 – 2.5k – medium
- 2.5k – 20k – high
- If we edit between 160 – 1.5k frequency difference will be most noticeable
- Filter curve EQ is used for pitch editing (high notes can be set to low notes and vice versa)
- In adjustable fade effect we can put fade in and out and adjust it to our liking
- To change atmosphere of the song we can add factory presets such as: medium hall, cathedral, church hall
